These are official Dimension One replacement pillows!  We take special care inspecting each pillow before packing and shipping them to our customers, however, Dimension One and therefore, My Spa Parts Store does not warranty these replacement pillows in any way.  As always, water balance is an important part of maintaining the health and longevity of your spa’s components.  Attachment screws should only be tightened enough to hold the pillows in, over tightening may damage your pillow.
