Identifying a Part Request
Identifying a part you need is offered through our contact form only (you need to include: brand, model, model #, serial #, photos, and a brief description of what the problem is). Purchaser takes full responsibility for determining the parts they will purchase, parts compatibility issues and for any and all installation fees including those resulting from incompatibility issues. My Spa Parts Store will make every reasonable effort to assist the purchaser make the compatibility decision, but the full and final responsibility belongs to the purchaser.
If we have to have an individual stop work to spend time trying to match up part pieces, you will be charged for his time.
We do not identify parts from orders placed, these orders go driectly to our warehouse for shipping (our shipping department does not identify the correct part or call a customer).
Items Ordered Disclaimer
My Spa Parts Store customer support is not responsible for any misinformation given by the customer. All parts that are ordered with information given to and assisted by My Spa Parts Store Customer Support is ultimately the purchasers responsibility. Parts are to be ordered by the purchaser with the knowledge that manufacturers can upgrade and change the part without notice. We can only go on information given by the purchaser or manufacturer if available. Pictures and prices on this website are representations of the products sold and may not exactly match what you receive. Prices in our industry are volatile and can occasionally change without notice to us. On the rare occurrence that this does happen, we will contact you and give you the opportunity to agree to the change in price or cancel the order prior to shipping. If you have chosen to work on your own equipment, you should have competent knowledge of electricity, plumbing, and industry standard safety precautions. You should also possess the proper testing equipment and know how to use it. If you don’t possess these skills, contact a qualified spa technician in your area. Any information obtained throughout this website shall be utilized AT YOUR OWN RISK! This especially applies to help or other information provided by telephone or email. My Spa Parts Store will not be held liable for any injuries or damage that may result from the troubleshooting or installation of any parts or equipment, or ineffective results from such activity that you engage in with your spa equipment.
Many spa manufacturers have come and gone. Documentation for particular spa brands may be scarce, nonexistent, incomplete, or incorrect. That does not mean that parts are not available for a particular hot tub, but it may take some time to determine what is needed. My Spa Parts Store cannot be responsible for recommendations based on pictures that may be of a similar part. Hot tub part identification is a joint effort at times, between the purchaser and customer support. Receiving a similar but incorrect part requires all return shipping to be paid by the purchaser.
We currently accept only US credit card transactions, with a US billing and shipping addresses.
We accept the following – United States issued: American Express, Discover, MasterCard, and Visa. It will show on bill as My Spa Parts Store.
There is no surcharge for using your credit card to make purchases. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number (i.e. the address and phone number your credit card bank has on file for you). Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order. Your credit card will be billed upon processing of you order.
All transactions with My Spa Parts Store are based on U.S. dollars.
All orders will be shipped as soon as possible. Orders will be shipped via UPS and USPS. Please note that UPS does not count Saturdays as a shipping day (including expedited) (UPS will not guarantee any delivery dates that are late due to weather conditions). All orders including expedited shipping need to be submitted to us before 11:00am PST in order to ship same day, otherwise the expedited shipping starts the following day. Other service providers may be used if an item is being drop shipped from the manufacturer.
Shipping Terms: FOB Origin
- The purchaser pays freight charges and assumes title and control of goods the moment the carrier takes possession.
- The purchaser assumes risk of transportation.
Shipping rates are generated automatically when you enter your ship to address in check out. WARNING: If you select U.S. Postal option, Lost or damaged items tend to not be reimbursed by the U.S. Postal Office. My Spa Parts Store will not be responsible for your product once it leaves our facility. U.S. Postal shipping is used at your own risk.
When shipping to Canada, additional charges may be applied by the shipping broker. The purchaser is the importer and all brokerage fees, taxes, duties, import fees and VATS are payable by the purchaser.
My Spa Parts Store has one of the largest inventories of any spa parts store, however, occasionally we may have parts that are on back-order from our suppliers. In the event your order has a back-ordered part, you will receive a prompt email letting you know the status of your order. You will need to tell us whether you want the back-ordered item cancelled and refunded, hold all in-stock items until order can ship complete, or ship in-stock now and back-order when in. If you choose to ship all in-stock items before back ordered item is in, additional freight charges may be due before back order will ship.
Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled by Contact us form, email, or phone, PRIOR to your order shipping. Once your order has shipped (or special order part number has been ordered from manufacturer) (usually same day), your order cannot be cancelled and you must abide by the return policy.
Merchandise Return Policy
If you need to return an item you must first obtain an RMA (Return Merchandise Authorization) Number. You must complete our Return Request Form. If your item is approved for return, you will be issued a RMA number that needs to be written on the outer shipping package. The return must also include a copy of the original invoice, all original packaging along with a short description of the problem with the part. Items returned after 30 days of original receipt will not be accepted for any reason. Returned non-warranty items must be in resalable condition. This means no sign of any wear and tear, wrapper removed, signs of installation, cosmetic or other damage. You are responsible for shipping cost to you and back to us. All items being returned are the responsibility of the customer until the return reaches My Spa Parts Store. Using a traceable means of shipping like UPS is highly recommended. Items that the customer no longer requires, or that the customer incorrectly purchased, will be subject to a 15% restocking charge ($15 minimum). Shipping charges are not refundable.
Under no circumstances, for any reason, will any electrical parts, special order items, chemicals, or unwrapped filters be accepted for return.
In the event that My Spa Parts Store is at fault for shipping an incorrect item, My Spa Parts Store will assume all charges associated with returning the incorrect item, as well as promptly shipping the correct item to the customer.
My Spa Parts Store stands behind the manufacturer’s warranty on all items purchased. My Spa Parts Store cannot be held responsible for any injury, damage, or loss of property / life, resulting from malfunction or incorrect use of any item we sell. My Spa Parts Store will be responsible for the replacement of defective items, as long as the circumstances regarding the defective item, falls under the manufacturer’s warranty. Defective items returned will be checked to make sure they fall under the manufacturer’s warranty, if we cannot test a returned part, it must be sent back to the manufacturer for testing (once approved by the manufacturer, we can then replace the part or give a refund). We will be checking the items for date codes, date of sale, physical or chemical damage, and signs of improper use or installation. Items that are returned with physical damage are not considered a manufacturers defect and will not fall under the manufacturer’s warranty.
Damage or Missing Items Policy
If your product is damaged in shipping or missing an item, please contact us within 24 hours or the first business day, so that we may expedite taking care of the damaged or missing item. DO NOT INSTALL OR USE DAMAGED ITEMS, OR THE ITEMS WILL NOT BE RETURNABLE.
